LST (Local Standard Time)

Local Standard Time is the standard time commonly used within the specific country or region. It is usually expressed as the deviation of time from UTC. In Japan, for example, LST equals UTC + 9 hours, and is called Japan Central Standard Time (JCST) or Japan Standard Time (JST).

DST (Daylight Saving Time)

Some country or region adopt Daylight Saving Time which advances clocks in summer.
