Time

LST (Local Standard Time)
LST is the standard time for the country or region. It is usually expressed as the deviation of time from UTC. In Japan, for example, LST equals UTC + 9 hours, and is called Japan Central Standard Time (JCST) or Japan Standard Time (JST).
DST (Daylight Saving Time)
Using DST means that the country or region advance clocks in summer time to utilize daylight more.
